KEWN 11th Annual Fall Welcome: Building a Resilient Career Strategy

Event Recap | October 28, 2025

The Kellogg Executive Women’s Network (KEWN) kicked off the autumn season with the 11th Annual Fall Welcome, bringing together alumnae from across industries and graduating classes for an evening of insight, inspiration, and connection. This year’s virtual event featured a fireside chat with Ginny Clarke ’84 MBA, moderated by Wendy Kritt ’84 MBA, focused on “Building a Resilient Career Strategy.”

In a rapidly changing landscape marked by AI disruption, organizational restructuring, and economic uncertainty, Ginny shared her strategic career mapping framework — a practical approach to navigating transitions and building long-term resilience. She emphasized the importance of aligning personal values with professional goals, cultivating conscious leadership, and proactively identifying growth opportunities in times of change.

Participants receive exclusive access to two valuable tools:

  • Career Mapping Template – to help structure intentional career planning.

  • Competency Library – a resource for identifying and developing critical leadership skills.

The evening served as both a warm welcome to new alumnae and a reminder of the strength and support within the KEWN community — where Kellogg women come together to learn, lead, and lift one another.
